摘要： PURPOSE:To make an output shaft run at a slow speed before start or immediately after interruption of a prime mover in order to prevent seizure thereof by providing both a revolving and driving mechanism and a pneumatically driving mechanism which serve for engaging a pinion with a gear wheel which is stuck to the output shaft of the prime mover. CONSTITUTION:The output shaft 2 of a prime mover 1 is connected to a motor 13 via a pinion 4, intermittent gears 6, 8, 9 and 12 and a worm 15. The motor 13 contains a cooling fan. Before starting of immediately after interruption of the prime mover 1, air is blasted from a pressure air suction port 17 to revolve the motor 14 so as to vary the phase of the pinion 4 and to drive an actuator 20 so as to make the pinion 4 in mesh with a gear wheel 3. After the mesh of them, the blasting of air is stopped and the motor 13 is simultaneously revolved. Since the output shaft 2 can be thus made to run at a slow speed, seizure thereof may be prevented.
