    • PURPOSE:To cope with vibration in 2 different directions by mounting a weight onto each pole which is supported by a structure in such a way as to be freely rocked, and thereby interchangeably combining each space between both of the poles with a connecting member and each damper via elastic bodies or viscous elastic bodies. CONSTITUTION:A support section 2A furnished with a spherical recessed section is fixed onto each of 4 corners forming a square in the upper surface of a structure 1, so that each pole 3 furnished with spherical sections 3A and 3B is thereby erected. A spherical recessed bearing seat 2A provided for the flange section 4A of a weight 4 is supported by the upper spherical section 3B in such a way as to be freely rocked. Each pole 3 is connected by a connecting member 6 which can be freely rocked around an axial body 5 in the middle section, and both a twist spring 7 and a damper 8 are fitted between the axial body 5 and the connecting member 6. The axial line of the twist spring is in the horizontal surface while exerting reaction against the rocking motion of the connecting member, the damper imparts braking torque thereto. By this constitution, an equipment requiring a small installation space can thereby cope with vibration in 2 different directions.

    • PURPOSE:To increase a damping effect by hanging a weight support plate from an upper support part by means of plural hanging members, joining both edges of one hanging member with pins, and joining the upper part of the other hanging member with a pin so that the lower part can be connected to a roller on the support plate. CONSTITUTION:A weight 4 is loaded on a weight support plate 10, and is hanged from an upper support part 1 by means of plural hanging members 3. The upper and lower edges of one 3a of the hanging members 3 is joined with pins 2. In the other hanging member 3b, the upper part is joined to the upper support part 1 with a pin 2, and the lower part is connected to the weight support plate 10 by means of a roller 11. The roller 11 can move freely in the right and left directions, and when it is stationary, it is situated in the vertical downward position under the pin 2 so as to keep the balance, and though the weight act so as to negate vibration of a structure, since the roller 11 moves always so as to be situated in the vertical downward position under the pin 2, only the hanging member 3a can bring about horizontal restoring force. Thereby, in spite of its simplified structure, a damping effect can be increased.

    • PURPOSE:To make a compact size by connecting each weight to plural pieces of columns rockably attached to a structure via a torsion spring, and installing an attenuator connecting these columns and weights. CONSTITUTION:When a structure 13 vibrates, each column 10 also vibrates left and right with a fulcrum 14 as an axis, rocking as a pendulum so that each weight 11 connected to the respective columns 10 via a torsion spring 12 vibrates as well. At this time, a restoring force 15 is produced in the spring 12 according to an angle gamma made of a vertical line by the column 10. When a vibration period of this vibration system is synchronized with a natural period of the structure 13, length of the column 10 can be set whatever it is, by properly determining a spring constant of the spring 12, so that even if there is a restriction in a setup space, it is enabled to be settled within the restriction. In this connection, as the weight 11 is set up within a space surrounded by the columns 10, the setup space is made into the irreducible minimum of necessity. In addition, since weight of the spring 12 is also added to the inertia mass of a dynamic vibration reducer, the weight 11 itself is thus miniaturized.
