SOLUTION: In a lowermost block B 0 , a precast tower-like body 16 with an opening, the opening 18 of which is formed at a downside with respect to a precast tubular body 17 of a boundary and which has a thickened portion 19 thickened to the side of an inner peripheral surface over a prescribed range in a circumferential direction with respect to the opening 18 is arranged; prestressing steel 14 which is extended from the side of a foundation 12 is anchored to an outer peripheral portion of the top surface of the precast tubular body 17; prestressing steel 14A corresponding to the thickened portion 19 among pieces of prestressing steel extended to the side of an upper-side precast tubular body 5 has an anchoring portion on the side of the foundation 12, and inserted through the thickened portion 19 so as to be extended to the side of the precast tubular body 5; and unbonded prestressing steel 28 which is arranged in a location except the thickened portion 19, anchored to an inner peripheral portion of an undersurface of the precast tubular body 17, and extended to the side of the precast tubular body 5.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a tower structure which has a non-uniform cross section as a whole, and is formed of precast cylindrical bodies that each have the same cross section in an axial direction.
      SOLUTION: The tower structure is divided into blocks B
      1 to B
      4 in a height direction corresponding to the plurality of precast cylindrical bodies 5 to 8. To construct the tower structure, the precast cylindrical bodies 5 to 8 are piled up on each other on condition that the precast cylindrical bodies 5 to 8 each have the same cross section in the axial direction, and boundary precast cylindrical bodies 9 to 11 which each have almost the same outer diameter as that of a lower-stage precast cylinder body and almost the same inner diameter as that of an upper-stage precast cylindrical body, are interposed at a boundary portion between the blocks. In this manner the tower structure has such the non-uniform cross section that the external diameter is progressively and stepwise contracted in a height direction. Further, in the boundary precast cylindrical bodies 9 to 11, prestressing steel members 14 extended from the lower-stage precast cylindrical body are each anchored to an upper external surface of each of the boundary precast cylindrical bodies 9 to 11, and prestressing steel members 28 extended to the upper-stage precast cylindrical body are each anchored to a lower internal surface of each boundary precast cylindrical body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater storage structure having a ground permeation function capable of saving the labor in a construction method and reducing the cost, effectively using a storage space, adding the permeation function corresponding to any optional underground water level in the rain water storage structure, and having the functions of the flood regulation and water utilization of the stored rainwater. SOLUTION: A rainwater storage space 6 is formed of a sidewall 3 formed by placing a hollow circular tube 2 in the ground adjacent thereto in the horizontal direction, and an upper floor slab 4 and a lower floor slab 5, and an intermediate pillar 7 consisting of the hollow circular tube is erected. A part of the hollow circular tube groups 2, etc. form a hollow circular tube 2A for flowing rainwater in which rainwater from the outside flows out in the rainwater storage space 6 through the tube. The other part of the hollow circular tube groups 2, etc. form a hollow circular tube 2B for ground penetration in which a ground penetration hole 13 with rainwater in the rainwater storage space 6 is discharged into the ground through the tube by providing a non-return valve 12 for permitting only the flow-out to the ground in a tubular wall part placed while extending in a deep layer side ground over the lower floor slab 5.       SOLUTION: Embedded members 5 for anchorage respectively jointed to reinforcing bars 4 disposed in plural stages in the vertical direction are embedded in a joint end face of one divided precast cylinder body 2. The embedded member 5 for anchorage is formed with pocket-shaped notched grooves 6 whose opening faces the outside, and formed with vertical grooves 7 having a same shape as the notched groove 6 and vertically continued by forming the notched grooves in concrete along the vertical direction. Reinforcing bars 8 disposed in plural stages in the vertical direction are installed in a joint end face of the other divided precast cylinder body 3 so as to project up to the outside, and anchorage members 9 fitted to the pocket-shaped notched grooves 6 are fixed to the tip end of the reinforcing bars 8 respectively.
