    • PURPOSE:To detect failures of an input circuit by providing a wind comparator which judges whether the voltage-divided signal by inside and outside air temperature sensors and a target temperature setting unit is within a predetermined voltage range or not in a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:If the synthesized balance voltage of a signal line IN by inside and outside air temperature sensors 12, 13 and a target temperature setting unit 10 exceeds the upper limit of the comparation reference value of a wind comparator 8, light emitting diodes 9C, 9D are lit by a comparator 8A and an amplifier 9A, and if it becomes lower than the lower limit, they are lit by a comparator 8B and an amplifier 9B respectively. The lighting of 9C indicates the contact of the signal line IN to the positive power source of the open circuit of a position detector 11 of a temperature adjusting member and sensors 12, 13, and the lighting of 9D indicates the contact of the signal line IN to the negative power source or the open circuit of the target temperature setting unit 10. The wind comparator is thus provided in a circuit package 7 thereby failures of the input circuit can be detected without adding extra wires to a control circuit.
