摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely restore underwater plant beds by having a proper quantity of an underwater plant colonization inducer flow out for a long period of time so that underwater plants grow thickly preventing the colony of crustose coralline algae from dominating in the sea area with coralline flats.SOLUTION: The underwater environment restoration structure is made of a concrete block formed by kneading and mixing an underwater plant colonization inducer which is effective for promoting colonization and growth of underwater plants. The underwater plant colonization inducer is a substance chosen from one kind or two kinds or more of amino acids and/or nucleic acids, and is mixed in the composition of the concrete block at 3-20 wt.%. Moreover, the concrete block has three legs or more. As a result, the underwater plants grow thickly so that the colony of crustose coralline algae does not dominate.
