    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging/filling apparatus which keeps the pressure of a liquid food filling a tube positive, facilitates pre-molding by a molding flap, and prevents the pressure of the liquid food from dropping to a negative pressure even if the pressure of the liquid food changes to be lowered, thus prevents an external atmosphere material from entering a tube.
      SOLUTION: The packaging/filling apparatus manufactures a packaging container out of a web packaging material 1. The packaging/filling apparatus includes a pressure flange 36 disposed on a filling pipe 7, and tube vibration easing means 50 which is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of a tube and is located at the same position of or below the pressure flange 36 to ease or suppress the vibrations of the tube. The packaging/filling apparatus hence prevents the pressure of the liquid food from dropping to a negative pressure, thus prevents an external atmosphere material from entering the tube.
