SOLUTION: In a method for managing and supporting rainwater inflow facilities, the quantity of flow or water quantity of sewage is estimated on the basis of the electric conductivity of the sewage in the rainwater inflow facilities. A dilution ratio is computed by dividing the electric conductivity in clear weather observed by a conductivity meter 12 installed to the rainwater inflow facilities by an electric conductivity value of sewage in rainy weather observed by the conductivity meter 12. The quantity of flow of the sewage is estimated on the basis of the dilution ratio.
