    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fistula catheter which can be easily handled in feeding liquid food or nutrient and which can be prevented from being erroneously withdrawn.SOLUTION: The fistula catheter 100 includes: a tube 3 attached to crosslink between two fistulas and having a supply port 36 for supplying fluid into the internal organs; and an extracorporeal fixing tool 1 to be connected to the tube 3 on the body surface side of the fistulas. The extracorporeal fixing tool 1 has: a first fixing tool 10 having a flow path 15 in the inside and connected communicatively to a first part 31; a second fixing tool 20 having a flow path 25 in the inside and connected communicatively to a second part 32; fixing tool coupling sections 13, 23 for coupling the first fixing tool 10 to the second fixing tool 20 so that the flow path 15 inside the first fixing tool 10 can be communicated with the flow path 25 inside the second fixing tool 20; and a delivering section 14 provided in the first fixing tool 10 and communicated with the flow paths inside the first fixing tool 10 and the second fixing tool 20.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fistula catheter including an internal fixing part which has high fixing force and prevents unintended removal such as self extraction.SOLUTION: The fistula catheter 100 includes a catheter part A formed on a part of a tube 1 and an internal fixing part B formed by deforming the distal end side of the tube 1, and retained in a digestive tract wall 82. The internal fixing part B has blade parts 10, 20 and 30 in which deformed belts 6 are formed by dividing a peripheral wall in an area at a predetermined distance from the distal end and proximal end of the tube 1 in a circumferential direction. The blade parts 10, 20 and 30 include first curve parts 13, 23 and 33 and second curve parts 15, 25 and 35, which are curved by bringing the distal end side and proximal end side of the belt 6 closer to each other. On the radially inside of the first curve parts 13, 23 and 33 of the blade parts, the second curve parts 15, 25 and 35 of one of the blades parts on both sides are arranged.
