A method for manufacturing a building board comprises the step of applying an undercoating material to the surface of an inorganic base material having a plurality of wood plate patterns, the step of applying a finishing coating material having a pigment weight concentration (PWC) lower than that of the undercoating material and a different hue, the step of scraping away a part of the applied finishing coating material before curing of the finishing coating material, the step of partially applying an ink jet coating having a hue different from that of the finishing coating material, and the step of applying a clear coating material.
