    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of making fluid flow in a direction different from one direction as need arises and restricted in deterioration of sealability.
      SOLUTION: A check valve 14 has a valve body 16, to which a first fluid path 12 and a second fluid path 13 are connected. A valve chamber 19 communicated with the first fluid path 12 and the second fluid path 13 is provided in the valve body 16. A valve seat 21 is provided in the peripheral edge of a valve orifice 20 formed on a first fluid path 12 side of the valve chamber 19 and opened to the first fluid path 12. Further, a movable valve element 23 having magnetism in at least one part thereof is provided so as to seal the valve orifice 20 by touching the valve seat part 21 and so as to open the valve orifice 20 by separating from the valve seat part 21 with the fluid flowing from the first fluid path 12. A valve holder 15 for holding condition of the movable valve element 23 by separating the movable valve element 23 from the valve seat part 21 with magnetic force is provided outside of the valve body 16 of the check valve 14.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device 11 which can reduce a pressure loss of fluid by making a flow of the fluid between two flow passages 14, 15 smooth.
      SOLUTION: Two flow passages 14, 15 linearly faced are arranged in a valve main body 12 through a valve chamber 13. In the flow passage 14, a valve seat 25 projected in the valve chamber 13 is arranged. A spindle 28 is arranged in the valve chamber 13, and an intermediate section of arm 37 is arranged in the spindle 28 in such a way that it can be rocked, and moved in a longitudinal direction of the arm 37. In an end of the arm 37, a valve element 36 opening/closing the valve seat 25 is arranged. The valve element 36 is made to be opened/closed with respect to the valve seat 25 by moving the other end of the arm 37 with a drive portion 41. In an open state of the valve element 36, the fluid can flow smoothly between two linear flow passages 14, 15, therefore, the pressure loss of the fluid can be reduced.
