    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension for a disk device having a wiring part whose conductive bodies have high peeling strength, low flexural rigidity and high electric conductivity. SOLUTION: The suspension for the disk device has a base plate, a load beam and a flexure. The flexure has a base metal 50 and the wiring part 51 provided along the base metal 50. The wiring part 51 is extended in the longitudinal direction of the load beam. The wiring part 51 includes a base resin 52 composed of an electrically insulating resin and the conductive bodies 55a and 55b. The conductive bodies 55a and 55b are formed in a prescribed pattern by etching a layer of electroplated copper formed on the base resin 52. The cross section of each of the conductive bodies 55a and 55b in thickness direction has a trapezoidal shape and the width W1 of the surface 80 opposed to the base resin 52 of each of the conductive bodies 55a and 55b is wider than the width W2 of the surface 81 on the side opposite to the base resin 52 of each of the conductive bodies 55a and 55b.
