The resin protective parts 61, 62 surround each of a plurality of relay connectors 51 and separate the soldering layer 52 from an electrolyte solution 33. A plurality of the relay connectors 51 are bonded with the translucent conductive layer 14 by melting and caking of the soldering layer.

By adhering the end faces of the respective via conductors and the respective translucent conductive layer parts 23 via conductive adhesives 81, the conductor layer formed in the ceramic board 51 is made as a negative electrode side current collecting electrode 71. Furthermore, circumferences of the conductive adhesives 81 are covered by covering layers 91 of a resin which is not corroded by an electrolytic solution Y.
