    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for highly efficiently operating a plurality of secondary batteries configuring a power storage compensating device and compensating fluctuation of output power of a power generator in a linkage system in which the power generator having fluctuating output power is combined with the power storage compensating device to supply power to a power system.
