    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw parts for easy disassembly improving fastening reliability by enabling to distinguish at a glance from an outside that size is different and preventing error of kind.
      SOLUTION: This screw parts for easy disassembly includes a head part 12, a stepped part 14 of a smaller diameter than the head part 12, and a screw part 16 smaller diameter than the stepped part 14 in an order in an axial direction, and fixes a panel cover 33 on a panel base 30 via a spacer 22 built in surrounding of the stepped part 14 and restoring in an original shape and opening larger than outer diameter of the head part by heating. Axial length L1 from a lower end of the stepped part 14 to an upper end is determined with corresponding to dimension adding thickness of the panel cover 33 and thickness t of the spacer 22. An identification mark enabling to distinguish difference of axial length L1 of the stepped part 14 is formed on the head part 12 and/or the stepped part 14. The identification mark is a dimple and/or knurling mesh 19.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly which is easily disassembled and fastened and a structure which is easily disassembled and fastened which do not need the control of fastening torque at the time of fastening, and which make secure operation possible.
      SOLUTION: The assembly which is easily disassembled and fastened is constituted by attaching one member having a through hole for a male screw to the female screw part of the other member having the female screw part with the male screw and a washer. The male screw has an intermediate part between the male screw part and the head having a larger diameter than the male screw part, and the intermediate part, which is provided by forming a level difference with the male screw part, has a diameter which is larger than the outer diameter of the male screw part and smaller than the diameter of the head. Then the washer is arranged between the side of the male screw part of the head of the male screw and the other member. The washer has an inner diameter, which is larger than the diameter of the intermediate part of the male screw and smaller than the diameter of the head of the male screw, and an outer diameter which is larger than the diameter of the head of the male screw. When the washer is heated to predetermined temperature or more, it is deformed and the inner diameter of the washer becomes larger than or equal to the diameter of the head of the male screw.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate restriction on the material of a rivet, to enable low-cost manufacturing, and to facilitate the disassembly of a product.
      SOLUTION: A gap is formed between the shank 11 of the rivet 1, and the insertion hole of a member to be fastened 31 and a base material insertion hole 41. A space is formed by interposing a collar 5 in the gap. The base material 3 is pressed by interposing a washer 2 in the caulked distal end side. The washer 2 is made of a shape-memory material of which inner diameter is memorized so as to become larger performing shape-recovery than the outer diameter of the caulked distal end when it is heated to the shape-recovery temperature. The outer diameter of the caulked distal end is formed smaller than the diameters of the insertion hole of the member to be fastened 31 and the base material insertion hole 41, and the inner diameter of the collar 5 is formed smaller than the outer diameter of the caulked distal end.
