    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise removing device capable of removing impulse magnetic noise without losing real time property.SOLUTION: The noise removing device includes: an estimated value calculation section 13 operating in synchronization with the occurrence of impulse magnetic noise; and a window function calculation section 14 calculating a window function coefficient value. By multiplying the estimated value calculation section 13 by the window function calculation section 14, a noise estimation interpolation signal is calculated and, by deducting the noise estimation interpolation signal from an input signal 11, the impulse magnetic noise is removed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and wideband flexural-radial vibration combination type transducer of underwater acoustic waves which operates in a low-frequency area.
      SOLUTION: In this flexural-radial vibration type transducer including: an active cylindrical body 2 vibrating at least in the radial direction; a metal cylindrical body 4 holding the active cylindrical body; and a plurality of disc-like vibrating bodies each formed by sticking a flexurally-vibrating active disc body 1 to a disc-like metal disc 3; wherein the disc-like vibrating bodies are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the metal cylindrical body 4 oppositely to each other, the disc-like vibrating bodies are structured to be connected to one another by a damper mass 5. The damper mass 5 is arranged in the active cylindrical body 2. The disc-like vibrating bodies and the metal cylindrical body 4, and the metal cylindrical body 4 and the active cylindrical body 2 are connected to each other by elastic bodies 6 in the respective connection parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadband transmitter capable of band widening remarkably, as compared to the prior art, in a low frequency area specifically in a transmitter for acoustic waves to be used in the water.
      SOLUTION: The broadband transmitter includes a metal disk 2 and two disk-like vibrators 6 each composed of an active disk 1 attached to an outer side face of the metal disk 2 and having almost the same diameter as that of the metal disk 2. The metal disk 2 includes a plurality of grooves 5 formed in a radial direction and ball bearings 3 installed in the grooves 5, respectively, on its inner side surface and the two disk-like vibrators 6 are coupled by a plurality of metal shafts 4 disposed while opposing the inner side surface of the metal disk 2 thereto and formed while holding the ball bearings 3 in both end portions, and are configured to move the ball bearings 3 and both the end portions of the metal shafts 4 radially in the grooves 5.
