    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer aqueous suspension used for providing an organic material which excels in adhesion to a base material and in water resistance and has high conductivity, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A conductive polymer aqueous suspension according to an embodiment of the invention contains a conductive polymer, at least one kind of water soluble polyhydric alcohol, and at least one kind of water soluble organic substance having two or more functional groups which can be condensation polymerized with the water soluble polyhydric alcohol. The conductive polymer aqueous suspension can be manufactured by: recovering a conductive polymer obtained by chemically oxidizing and polymerizing a monomer for providing a conductive polymer using an oxidant in a solvent containing as dopant an organic acid or a salt thereof; letting an oxidant act upon the conductive polymer in an aqueous solvent containing polyacid; and further mixing at least one kind of water soluble polyhydric alcohol and at least one kind of water soluble organic substance having two or more functional groups which can be condensation polymerized with the water soluble polyhydric alcohol.

Moreover, after caulking and sealing the metallic coin cases, rubber for outer packaging of the inner cell 12 is completely vulcanized.
