    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load sensor in a simple structure for precisely measuring a load without decreasing detection sensitivity without poorly affecting a measurement target magnetically.
      SOLUTION: The load sensor has a detection section including a core by a magnetic material having a single closed magnetic circuit structure in a circulation shape (consisting of a body section 1 in a circulation shape distorted by the application of a load, and a magnetic film 2 by a magnetic material film-formed on the surface of the body section 1), and a coil 3, where the periphery of the core is wound by a coil. Further, the load sensor has a detection circuit comprising an LC oscillation circuit 4, where a capacitor is connected in parallel with the coil 3, and a frequency/voltage (F/V) conversion circuit 5 for converting a change in inductance obtained by a detection section corresponding to the load to a DC voltage shown as a change in an oscillation frequency obtained from the LC oscillation circuit 4. The load can be measured by directly operating loads (pressurization force) f1, f2 to a side that opposes the magnetic film 2.
