SOLUTION: In an article buying system wherein an order acceptance management center 20 for accepting the order of an article and ordering the article to a shop and a car navigation 11 with a GPS function linked with on-vehicle equipment 12 of an electronic toll collection system are connected via the Internet 100 and the article is ordered from a vehicle by Internet connection from the car navigation 11, if a buyer transmits ordering information of an article desired to buy from the car navigation 11 to the order acceptance management center 20, in the order acceptance management center 20, the received ordering information is transmitted to an order acceptance information display terminal 31 of the article order accepting shop 30 and after the article is delivered to the buyer, an electronic toll collection system card is charged by an electronic toll collection system gate 32 provided on the article order accepting shop 30.
