摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption communication system wherein a key is securely given to an opposite party, it is not required to prepare many keys, no problem takes place even when the key is stolen, it is not needed to memorize a long and complicated sentence, and a small processing time is enough. SOLUTION: An apparatus for transmitting/receiving data includes, a transmission section, a reception section, and an encryption processing program 22, and the encryption processing program 22 includes: a key generating section 222 for applying processing to pixel values within a range designated on an image to produce a key; a data encryption section 223 for applying encryption processing corresponding to the key value to the data; a data decryption section 224 for applying inverse processing corresponding to the key value to the encrypted data; a means that gives the generated key and an object data file to the data encryption section, and attaches the image file and the range designation information to the encrypted file, and gives the result to the transmission section; and a means that gives the received image file and the received range designation information to the key generating section 222, gives the generated key and the received encrypted file to the data decryption section, which decrypts the encrypted file.
