    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing apparatus that, using an oxidizing agent containing no halogen, has a high washing performance comparable to a conventional halogen type oxidizing agent, and that also has small environmental load.
      SOLUTION: The washing apparatus M1 for washing an object 13 to be washed includes: a carbon nano tube layer 11 that is arranged opposite to the object 13 to be washed; a pure water supply device for supplying pure water 12 between the carbon nano tube layer 11 and the object 13 to be washed; and an ultraviolet light irradiation device for irradiating the carbon nano tube layer 11 with ultraviolet light L1. In the apparatus, the pure water 12 in contact with the surface of the carbon nano tube layer 11 is irradiated with the ultraviolet light L1 by the ultraviolet light irradiation device, and oxonium ion formed thereby is used as the oxidizing agent to wash the object 13 to be washed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein a magnetic material that uses a transition metal, whose magnetism is developed by a d-orbit electron and imparts a large load to the environment, when it is discard. SOLUTION: Excess carbon atom 2 is supplied among each single-layer graphite 3a in an ion implantation method, and the like; and when the distance between each single-layer graphite is compressed at heating, the supplied surplus carbon atom 2 is subjected to chemical bonding with a carbon atom 1, which constitutes the single layer graphite 3a on upper and lower sides. The number of chemical bonds of the inserted carbon atom 2 becomes 2, and two electrons which do not contribute to bonding are subjected to spin polarization, and magnetism is manifested.
