摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely separate each component from a sample containing components to be separated at a high concentration. SOLUTION: This separator 100 has a flow passage 112 through which the sample containing components to be separated for movement, and barriers 208-214 for partitioning the separation passage 112 into a plurality of chambers 200-206. The separator 10 has also an external force imparting means not shown in Fig., and the external force imparting means imparts external force to the components to be separated for movement in the flow passage. The external force imparting means is constituted to execute, repeatingly in order, the first external force impressing patterns for imparting the external force along an advancing direction of the flow passage and the second external force impressing patterns for imparting the external force along a direction reverse to the advancing direction of the flow passage.
