摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the information for searching a fault, by carrying out the switching to the normal system when a fault is detected at either one of a doubled timepiece circuit and at the same time storing the time of each timepiece circuit. CONSTITUTION:Timepiece circuits 100 and 101 of a time device, etc. are doubled, and either one of these circuits is selected 120 to be transferred 202 to an information process system. If circuits 110 and 111 that detect the normal state of the circuits 100 and 101 detects a fault, the selecting circuit 120 is switched to set the normal system.
