摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite magnetic body which is lessened in amount of smoke by a method wherein a low smoking agent which contains one or more elements selected out of magnesium, aluminum, calcium, iron, copper, molybdenum, and tin is added to the composite magnetic body. SOLUTION: Soft magnetic powder 3 and a titanate coupling agent are introduced into an agitator and uniformly mixed so as to enable soft magnetic powder 3 to undergo a coupling treatment. Then, a chlorinated polyethylene 2, soft magnetic powder 3 subjected to a coupling treatment, magnesium zinc as a low smoking agent 5, a bromine polymer flame retardant material 4, and furthermore antimony trioxide as a flame retardant auxiliary for the bromine polymer flame retardant material 4 are introduced into a pressure kneader and kneaded for obtaining a mixture for a composite magnetic body 1. Then, the mixture is rolled into a sheet-like composite magnetic body 1 by the use of rolls arranged in parallel. Magnesium hydroxide is used as the main component of flame retardant material. Moreover, a ratio of binder to magnesium zinc is 2100 pts.wt.: 1 to 200 pts.wt.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variation of the flame retardance of a composite magnetic material composed of soft magnetic alloy powder and a binder made of a high polymeric organic compound and an electromagnetic interference suppressing body using the magnetic material by improving the flame retardance. SOLUTION: The influence of a metal on the flammability of the composite magnetic material is reduced by forming an oxide layer or nitride layer having a fixed thickness on the surface of the soft magnetic powder. In addition, the characteristic, such as the kneadability, moldability, etc., of the magnetic material is improved by increasing the affinity between the components by adjusting the solubility parameter of each component and, at the same time, the variation of the flame retardance of the magnetic material is reduced by uniformly scattering a flame retarder in the material.
