摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock transmission apparatus capable of transmitting a reference clock generated from a high accuracy frequency standard up to a remote place over a long distance. SOLUTION: The clock transmission apparatus is characterized in to comprise: a first laser unit 1 for generating a first optical pulse train with a first repetition frequency and a first wavelength; a second laser unit 1 for generating a second optical pulse train with a second repetition frequency and a second wavelength; and an optical injection means 13 for injecting the first optical pulse train into a resonator of the second laser unit 2, and uses the optical injection means 13 to inject the first optical pulse train into the resonator of the second laser unit 2 thereby passively synchronizing the repetition frequency of the second optical pulse train with the repetition frequency of the first optical pulse train and allowing an optical transmission means 31 to transmit the second optical pulse train.
