    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic nanoparticle having a diameter ranging from single nano size (1 nm) to submicron size (100 nm), an organic particle coated with the same, a porous ceramic having highly controlled pores which is obtained by wet-forming the ceramic nanoparticle-coated organic particle in water base and firing, and methods for manufactring them. SOLUTION: The ceramic nanoparticle having the uniform particle diameter is manufactured by using a ceramic precursor having high hydrolysis rate and a precursor cross-linked with ethylene glycol or the like or having low hydrolysis rate together in the hydrolysis of the ceramic precursor to adjust the hydrolysis rate. The organic particle coated with the ceramic nanoparticle is manufactured by adsorbing/applying the ceramic nanoparticle on the organic particle having the diameter equal to or above submicron. The porous ceramic having the highly controlled pores is manufactured by wet-forming the ceramic nanoparticle coated organic particle in water base and firing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
