    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant 10 allowing an abutment 20 to be easily fixed to an implant body 11 without using screw engagement. SOLUTION: The implant includes: a clamper 30 disposed on the inner side of the abutment 20; a ball 48 disposed within a through hole 42 formed on a tube wall of the clampler 30; a head 31 for fixing the clamper 30 to the abutment 20; an energizing part 34 for energizing the ball 48 from the head 31 toward a +Z side; an axis core 18 which is erected in the implant body 11 and to which the clamper 30 is fitted from outside; and a tapered face 28 which is disposed on the inner surface of the abutment 20 and where the inner diameter of the abutment 20 is reduced from a -Z side to the +Z side.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant wherein binding between an implant body and an abutment body is hardly loosened even if the implant repeatedly receives occlusion pressure.SOLUTION: An implant 5 includes: an implant body 10 with a fitting hole part 14; an abutment 20 with a fitting shaft part 22 formed to be fitted into the fitting hole part 14; a clamper pin 30 inserted into a through hole of the abutment 20 and having a dragging control shaft part 33 to be engaged with a dragging control hole part of a center hole in the implant body 10; a lock bush 50 having a snap-fit engagement part to be engaged with a constricted part of the clamper pin 30; and a clamper 40 engaged with an anti-loosening shaft part 32 of the clamper pin 30 and an anti-loosening hole part 15A of the implant body 10 to control movement of the clamper pin 30.
