摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a unit which can designate a request party even in a state of continuing a telephone call with an orderer (customer), and can obtain a processing situation whether or not the request party accepts business, whether or not the processing is completed, and the like.
SOLUTION: This telephone device has: a transfer origination booking unit for selecting the request party to notice business from a plurality of candidates to book origination during the telephone call with the orderer (customer); a processing situation notice code receiving unit for receiving a specific command from the request party's terminal; and a unit for recording and displaying the processing situation based on the received specific command. Immediately after the telephone call with the orderer (customer) is finished, automatic origination is carried out to the request party, and after the business is informed to the request party, it is checked whether or not ordering contents are accepted by the request party by the specific command received from the request party's terminal or the processing state notice code, whether or not the processing is completed, and the like.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to notify a wireless telephone set to an incoming call rejection mode of a caller telephone number when an incoming call arrived while the called telephone is set to the incoming call rejection mode, although in the incoming call rejection mode according to the prior methods, it is not possible to find out existence of a call or a caller telephone number of an incoming call arriving while the called telephone is set to the incoming call rejection mode.SOLUTION: A wireless access point situated between a communication network (telephone network) and a wireless telephone is provided with: incoming call rejection determination means for determining whether an incoming call will be rejected or not according to a predefined condition; and incoming call notification mail transmission means for transmitting an electronic mail notifying a target wireless telephone of the incoming call. If the incoming call rejection determination means rejected an incoming call from the telephone network, the incoming call notification mail transmission means notifies a prescribed destination of the arrival date and time of the rejected incoming call and the caller telephone number according to a prescribed trigger. This makes it possible to find out an incoming call situation during the incoming call rejection mode being set.
