    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing type crushing bucket capable of efficiently crushing materials which are packed into two buckets and discharging crushed materials having fixed grain sizes.
      SOLUTION: The opening and closing type crushing bucket is movably provided to the front end of an arm of civil engineering construction machinery, the movable and openable auxiliary bucket 10 is provided to a main bucket body 9 having an opening 11 wherein the materials are thrown, and a rotor 13 having crushing teeth 14 on the outer circumference is rotated in a state to pack the materials in two buckets. The crushing teeth 14 on the rotor 13 are arranged along the direction of rotation to crush the materials so that they can correspond also to the rotation of either of forward and reverse directions. The crushed materials are discharged from grates 16 provided to the main bucket body 9 and the auxiliary bucket 10 as the crushed materials are having the fixed grain sizes.

The rotor shaft 9 is supported by a housing 19 and installed eccentrically from a hole 7b of the bucket body 7. The rotor shaft 9 can be removed outside the bucket body 7 with the hammers 11 attached, leading to easy maintenance. The bucket body 7 is equipped with a discharge opening 20 at the bottom from which crushed materials of a fixed grain size are discharged.

      SOLUTION: The bucket 10 is arranged at the tip of an arm of a civil engineering machine, and receives raw materials charged therein. The bucket is comprised of the crushing rotor 14 having a plurality of crushing teeth 18 for crushing the raw materials, on the periphery thereof, and the rebounding board 15 supported in a bucket body 13 in a rocking adjustable manner, for receiving the raw materials. The crushing rotor and the rebounding board cooperatively squash the charged raw materials and minutely crush the same. Then the crushed raw materials are led toward a discharge board 22 which is arranged in an exhaust port 17 at a lower portion of the bucket body 13 and has holes formed therein, and only minutely crushed materials are discharged via the discharge board 22.
