摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating structure which can be configured relatively at low cost while improving corrosion resistance in oceanic environment, and an oceanic steel structure employing the coating structure.SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile 1 to be used under a seawater environment is provided. In the steel pipe pile 1, a corrosion resistant layer 3 comprised of a petrolatum-based corrosion resistant material is provided along the outer circumference of a steel pipe 2 comprised of carbon steel, an electrical insulation part 4 is provided further outside of the corrosion resistant layer 3, and a coating member 5 comprised of seawater corrosion resistant stainless steel is provided further outside of the electrical insulation part 4. The coating member 5 is configured by winding a plate comprised of seawater corrosion resistant stainless steel around the outer circumference of the steel pipe 2 and lapping (overlapping) the end portions thereof with each other, and the overlapped end portions of the coating member 5 are fixed by a rivet 6 comprised of titanium.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating corrosion prevention method of a steel pipe sheet pile, capable of eliminating the defect of conventional coating corrosion prevention for steel pipe sheet piles and achieving a better corrosion prevention effect at a lower cost.SOLUTION: In a coating corrosion prevention method of a steel pipe sheet pile, for performing corrosion prevention of a steel pipe part of a steel pipe sheet pile by a protective cover having a corrosion-proof layer inside thereof, the protective cover is halved and the protective covers are fixed and connected with each other by rivets. Preferably, stud bolts are fixed to a connection part connecting the steel pipe part of the steel pipe sheet pile perpendicularly to the normal line of the steel pipe sheet pile, a connection plate formed to be matched with the shape of the connection part and integrated with the corrosion-proof layer is fitted to the stud bolts, and a previously formed flange part is fitted to one end of the protective cover and fixed by nuts, thereby forming a continuous protective layer and corrosion-proof layer.
