    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition panel provided with a door body, which has the door body detachably fitted into an opening opened throughout the width of the partition panel and which enables a veranda to be used as a passage when the passage is necessary for maintenance of space of the veranda and the like.SOLUTION: A partition panel for being installed in a boundary section between dwelling units in a veranda of a multiple dwelling house such as an apartment house comprises: an upper frame 10 with a downward recessed groove 11, which is fixed to an upper end opening edge of an opening 7 opened in a portion except both side frames 5a constituting a partition panel 1; a lower frame 20 with an upward recessed groove 21, which is fixed to a lower end opening edge of the opening; a detachable door body 8 which has an upper end fitted into the downward recessed groove of the upper frame and which has a lower end dropped to be fitted into the upward recessed groove of the lower frame; and a lock mechanism 40 capable of switching between the inhibition of the upward movement of the door body positioned in the downward recessed groove of the upper frame and the release of the inhibition of the movement thereof.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition panel in which an opening part for evacuation can be secured easily by an operation of pushing down a door body closing an opening that is opened on the partition panel.SOLUTION: A partition panel comprises: an upper frame 10 including a downward recessed groove 11 fixed to an upper end opening edge of an opening 7 that is opened while remaining both side frames of the partition panel installed in a boundary portion between houses in a veranda of a multiple dwelling house or the like; a lower frame 20 including an upward recessed groove 21 fixed to a lower end opening edge of the opening; a door body 8 of which the upper end portion is fitted into the downward recessed groove of the upper frame and the lower end portion is fitted into the upward recessed groove of the lower frame; a compression coil spring 15 disposed within the upward recessed groove of the lower frame, elastically supporting the door body and fitting the upper end portion of the door body into the downward recessed groove of the upper frame with an energizing force; and handles 13 mounted to the front and rear faces of the door body. In the case of evacuation, the door body is pushed down against the energizing force of the compression coil spring while taking the handle, such that the upper end portion of the door body is detached out of the downward recessed groove of the upper frame and the door body falls down or is detached from the opening.

As the door body is pressed down through the rotational operation of the lever, the support pins shear and break to allow the door body to move to a lower part of the inward recessed groove of the lower frame, and the upper end edge of the door body is positioned below the downward recessed groove of the upper frame, so that the door body can be pushed to fall down.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling inspection port that is able to reduce mounting labor and cost with a smaller number of components, surely lock a heat insulation lid and allow the heat insulation lid to be inserted and removed in an easy and safe way.SOLUTION: A ceiling inspection port 1 is provided with an outer frame 20, an inner frame 30, a heat insulation frame 15 arranged on an upper part of the outer frame and a heat insulation lid 10 arranged in an opening of the outer frame in an insertable/detachable manner. The outer frame is fitted with a heat insulation lid safety catcher 40 that is composed of a fixing piece 41 that is turnably pivoted in a perpendicular direction and a pressing piece 42 that extends from an end of the fixing piece by being bent orthogonally. The heat insulation lid safety catcher is formed in a way that is capable of switching between a vertical position in which the fixing piece is kept vertically and a horizontal position in which the fixing piece is kept horizontally. In the vertical position, the pressing piece prevents the heat insulation lid from falling by abutting on an undersurface of the heat insulation lid and in the horizontal position, an insertion/removal of the heat insulation lid is enabled by situating the pressing piece closely in parallel to a side of the frame to which a side of the outer frame where the fixing piece is pivoted meets orthogonally.
