    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate-type motor equipped with a cylinder hole structure for a tilting piston, with which abrasion resistance can be increased and the time required for a hardening operation is shortened.SOLUTION: Laser hardening is performed in the circumferential direction of a cylinder hole 18 for a tilting piston, only on a local portion (the hardened part 3) of the bottom inner-hole portion of the tilting piston-use cylinder hole 18, the local portion being struck by the end of the tilting piston 17 when the tilting piston 17 tilts due to compressive force from the swash plate. Laser hardening is not performed on portions of the tilting piston-use cylinder hole 18 other than the aperture part inner-hole portion and the bottom inner-hole portion.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply lubricating water between a cylinder body and a rod without providing a hydraulic pressure source separately.
      SOLUTION: Between the cylinder body 12 and the rod 14 in a through-hole 22a of the cylinder body 12, a main seal 30 and a dust seal 31 are arranged side by side in the driving direction of the rod 14 to form a lubricating space 32 therebetween. A lubricating means 45 is provided for supplying operating water from pressure chambers 25, 26 into the lubricating space 32 when the operating water is discharged from the pressure chambers 25, 26. The lubricating means 45 has a lubricating passage 47 and throttles 48a, 48b. In the lubricating passage 47, a lubricating solenoid valve 48 is provided for communicating the pressure chambers 25, 26 with the lubricating space 32 when the operating water is discharged from the pressure chambers 25, 26.

      SOLUTION: The hydraulic cylinder driving circuit comprises a first introducing passage 17 which can draw the operating water from a pump 15 to a first pressure chamber 12c, a first discharge passage 19 which can return the operating water inside the first pressure chamber 12c to a tank 16, a second introducing passage 18 which can draw the operating water from the pump 15 to a second pressure chamber 12d, a second discharge passage 20 which can return the operating water inside the second pressure chamber 12d to the tank 16, a pilot type first check valve 30 which allows discharge water from the first pressure chamber 12c which passes through the first discharge passage 19 by a hydraulic pressure to the second pressure chamber 12d, and a pilot type second check valve 36 which allows discharge water from the second water pressure chamber 12d which passes through the second discharge passage by the hydraulic pressure to the first pressure chamber 12c.
