    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to fill hot water precisely to a set water level by a method wherein a filling flow rate per unit time in an initial stage of operation is used and when the flow rate is equal to or larger than a certain flow rate, sensing of inflection point is utilized, and when the flow rate is smaller than the certain flow rate, circulation judgement is repeated to decide a water level wherein make-up firing circulation is possible. CONSTITUTION:When a flow rate per unit time is equal to or larger than a certain value, two-side transfer is finished, and while one-side transfer, wherein filling hot-water into a bathtub is performed through a bathtub return pipe 21, bathtub feed pipe 22, and an inner-side pipe 11b of a bathtub circulation fitting 11, is being performed, sensed output of a bathtub water level sensor 52 is monitored by a controller 60 to sense a point of inflection. And a certain amount of water is filled into a bathtub 10 by two-side transfer so that the water level reaches a water level H which exceeds slightly a hole of the fitting 11. When a flow rate per unit time does not reach the certain value, the controller 60, after completion of the two-side transfer, changes over a three-way valve 51 to decide whether or not bathtub water circulates through a circulation circuit 20. As a result, hot water can be filled precisely to a set water level.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce noise at the time of circulation judgement by a method wherein when a flow rate per unit time is equal to or larger than a certain flow rate, a shorter circulation judging time is used to perform a circulation judgement and when it is smaller than the certain flow rate, a longer circulation judging time is used to perform the circulation judgement. CONSTITUTION:When a flow rate per unit time is below a first flow rate, a controller 60 judges whether or not the flow rate per unit time is equal to or larger than a second flow rate which is smaller than the first flow rate and when it is not less than the second flow rate, a first circulation judgement is performed and when it is below the second flow rate, a second circulation judgement is performed. The second flow rate is determined beforehand by an experiment corresponding to a hot-water feeding device such as size or length of pipes of a make-up firing circulation circuit 20, inlet water pressure for the circuit 20 so that an obstacle to circulation such as mixture of air can be surely judged even if the judgement is made in a short time. As a result, circulation judgement is surely performed at any time under any conditions and the noise at the judgement can be reduced.

CONSTITUTION:Fuel opening or closing valves V0, V1 of a gas burner 3 are released to open under an air blowing of a blowing fan 1 and an electrical discharge ignition with an igniter 5 is carried out to ignite the gas burner. A method for igniting a gas combustion device is carried out in this manner. Then, in the case that no ignition is carried out even after a specified time elapses from a starting of the igniting operation, an air blowing degree with a blower fan 1 is reduced by a specified rate than that of the present operation so as to perform a re-igniting and an igniting operation at a next operation and at the same time even in case of performing an ignition within a specified period of time, if the ignition is carried out in a time less than a proper predetermined ignition time, a degree of blowing air caused by the blower fan 1 at the next time operation is increased by a specified rate than that of the present time.

The air introduction unit 20 is provided with an air opening and closing valve 21 connected to an air introduction pipe 5 detachably in order to control opening and closing of an air introduction passage and a connector 23 to receive control power which is necessary to open and close the opening and closing valve 21. The bath remote controller 30 and the bath boiler body 10 are also provided with a connector 31 and 15 respectively through which the control power can be supplied to the air introduction unit 20. Further, even if the air introduction unit 20 is installed either in an installation space of the bath boiler body or in the vicinity of the bath remote controller 30, it can be supplied with the control power.
