    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate leg installing work, reduce a loss, and shorten molding time by integrally forming thick installing parts on an under surface of a bathtub in the shape of being divided into three pieces or more in the width direction of the bathtub in response to a wide leg arranged on the under surface of the bathtub. SOLUTION: A bathtub 1 is molded by injection of resin, and a wide leg Fw is installed by an adhesive on under surfaces of installing parts 2 integrally connected to its under surface. These installing parts 2 are formed in the shape of being divided into at least three pieces in the width direction of the bathtub 1, and a part between the installein parts 2 is formed as a recessed part 3 of the bathtub 1 to the bottom wall 1b side. The under surfaces of the respective installing parts 2 are also formed as the same plane so as to become parallel to a floor surface on which the bathtub 1 is arranged, and leg positioning ribs 4 are protrusively arranged in both end installing parts 2 and 2. In this way, since the volume of a thick part of the installing parts for the wide leg Fw can be reduced by dividing the installing parts 2 into three piece or more in the width direction, a resin material can be reduced, and hardening time can also be shortened.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the extent of concentration of the scale forming ingredients in the water stored in an evaporation tank in order to reduce the separation of the scale by blowing continuously a little volume of water from the inside of an evaporation tank at the time of steam generation. CONSTITUTION:A controller 17 opens a supply water valve 5 when it receives the instruction to start the steam generation from an operation device 16 and the water supply action in the initial stage is started, and when the water level rises to the low water level L1, a gas valve 3 is opened, and a gas burner 2a burns and an evaporation tank 1 is heated. When the water level rises further and reaches the high water level L2, the supply water valve is closed and the initial stage water supply action stops. When the water level falls due to evaporation down below the low water level L1, the supply water valve 5 is opened again and the water supplying action is made until the water level rises up to the upper water level L2. At the time when the supply water valve 5 is opened again, a valve 12 provided in a discharge water channel 11 is opened and a little volume of water is discharged from the evaporation tank 1.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a steam generator capable of satisfactory cleaning without requiring any maintenance by providing a controller for opening a drain value after actuating a heater with the drain valve and an opening/closing valve kept closed after the interruption of steam generation. CONSTITUTION:A controller 17 executes drainage operation unless initiation operation of steam generation is again performed in a predetermined time interval after the interruption of the steam production. For the drainage operation, after a gas valve 3 is opened to burn a gas burner 2a, a water supply valve 5 is opened and water is supplied until a water level in a can body 1 rises to an upper stage water level L3. As the water level rises to the upper stage water level L3, an opening/closing valve 15 is closed and hence heating is carried out until a pressure detector 15 of a steam carrying pipe 14 detects set pressure. Once the pressure detector 18 detects the set pressure, a drain valve 13 is opened and further the gas valve 3 is closed to interrupt the burning of the gas burner 2a. With such drainage operation, the inside of the can body 1 is cleaned with high pressure hot water upon the drainage valve 13 being opened, whereby can stone adhering to the inner wall of the can body 1 is washed away with a can water where a scale component is concentrated being also drained.

CONSTITUTION:If, in spite of the judgement that a second water level detection switch 8B is not ON, the water level of an evaporation tank 2 reaches an upper water level L3 due to the supply of water and a third water level detection switch 8C is ON, then the operations of a water supply device 1 and a heating device 3 are stopped and at the same time an alarm device 16 is actuated. By the way it is also possible to display on a liquid crystal display panel 14 in an operational unit 9 the content of a trouble, that is, the second water level switch 8B has the trouble on ON switching. Further, in the case in which the first water level detection switch which is for indicating that the water level reaches, during heating, the water level to start water supply develops defective OFF, the heating is stopped by OFF signal of a fourth water level detection switch newly provided at a position lower than the first water level detection switch.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent water hammer and prolong the lifetime of a water discharge valve by opening the valve when shower is to be stopped, shutting slowly the second regulator valve for regulation of the amount of passing hot/cold water, and thereupon shutting the first regulator valves for regulation of the amount of discharging hot/cold water. CONSTITUTION:The first regulator valves V1 are provided in the number corresponding to shower nozzles 5... to regulate the amounts of their hot/cold water discharging individually. The second regulator valve V4 is installed on the way of a hot/cold water supply path leading from a hot water/cold water mixing valve V2 to the first regulator valves V1 and regulates the amount of passing hot/cold water. When stop of shower use is set by an operation part 7, a control part 8 controls the valves V1-V4 at respective specific timings in conformity to the output signals given by the operation part 7. That is, the control part 8 first opens water discharge valve V3, shuts the first regulator valves V1 with the specified time delayed by t1, and also shuts the second regulator valve V4 slowly. After the second regulator valve V4 is fully closed, the exhaust valve V3 is shut with the specified time delayed by t2.
