The combustion gas is partially collided with the conductive wire introduction cylindrical portions 65, 66 and the resistant columns 67, 68, but the heat of the fuel gas is not drawn by the resistant columns 67, 68 as the conductive wire introduction cylindrical portions 65, 66 and the resistant columns 67, 68 are heated by the auxiliary heater 30. As the parts of the conductive wire introduction cylindrical portions 65, 66 and the resistant columns 67, 68 are intensively heated, reliquefaction is not found even when the fuel gas stagnates at the parts.
