A connecting section 11 is integrally molded on four supporting ribs of eight supporting ribs so as to form a space 18 outside and is connected to the other four supporting ribs by an expanding portion 12, wherein the glass fibers disposed in the core portion 7 and the joint portion 9 and the like which exist in the cover 25 are well oriented in the axial direction owing to the existence of the expanding portion 12.

CONSTITUTION:A valve member 37, a rotary member 4, and a lid member 6 are assembled immovable in the axial direction, and furthermore, an interlock mechanism including a recess 19, a spring 20, a steel ball 21 and a recess 25 is provided. And an interlock preventive mechanism including an erecting piece 11 and a groove 14 is provided between the valve member 37 and the rotary member 4, and when the lid member 6 is rotated integrally at the time of rotation of a wiper by a shaft 2, the rotary member 4 is also rotated integrally by the interlock mechanism (19 to 21 and 25), when, only a nozzle 5a at the front side in the rotation direction is communicated to a flow way 8 at a base (pivot holder) 3, the interlock preventive mechanism (11 and 14) is operated in front of the finishing end of the rotation scope so as to open only a nozzle 5b at the rear side in the rotation direction. As a result, parts can be removed in order only by releasing the locking of rings in the replacement work, and the replacement work can be carried out very easily.

    • PURPOSE: To provide durability of a bladder without causing abnormal deformation even when abrupt fluid pressure is applied thereto by forming a thick portion whose thickness is gradually increased from a flexible part to a center on a bladder. CONSTITUTION: A bladder 2 is formed on a thick portion 4 whose thickness of a bottom is increased gradually from a flexible part 3 to a center. A natural form of the thick portion 4 is inverted to the side of an installation part 5 in a bent form. The inverted thick portion 4 is formed as indicated by the drawing at the time of formation. It is, while being elastically deformed, press- fitted to an inner peripheral surface of a shell 8 by a fluid pressure. When fluid is applied thereto from a fluid port, a free form as an original makes the thick portion 4 be semi-spherically inverted in an applying direction of the fluid. The thick portion is so formed that its thickness is increased from a thin flexible part to the center. Even when the fluid pressure is applied in a pulsative motion, it is deformed normally as in an original form. The bladder 2 is prevented from abutting against the inner peripheral surface of the shell 2 and abrading.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize and simplify the constitution of a wet wiper valve and to improve, the reliability by opening and closing a hole communicated with a nozzle by a reed valve, and combining a cam plate with a switching plate which form a rotary member in the horizontal direction in a system where water or the like is jetted, interlocking with a wiper. CONSTITUTION:A wet wiper valve 1 is constructed so that when a shaft 2 is reciproated to turn, a wiper blade provided on the upper end portion and a cover member 6 having an engaging portion 6b are respectively turned in a body. At this time, a rotary member 4 comprising a cam plate 17 pressed by a reed valve 25 and a switching plate 14 is also turned in a body therewith. Accordingly, when the wiper blade is located in the starting end of a rotation range, water is jetted first from a nozzle 5a positioned forward in the turning direction. Subsequently, when it approaches the terminal end of the rotation range, a projecting portion 18a of the cam plate 14 is separated from one end portion of the reed valve 25. Thus, one end portion of the reed valve 25 blocks up a hole 23a, and the other end portion opens a hole 23b to jet water from another nozzle.

Thereafter, when a standing piece 11 of the base part 3 makes contact with the edge part of the groove 14, interlocking of the lid member 6 and the turning member 4 is blocked and only the lid member 6 moves, the nozzle 5a opened by a valve 17 is choked and a nozzle 5b on the rear side in the turning direction is separated from the front surface of the valve 17, only the nozzle 5b is released and water is jetted only from this nozzle 5b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bladder made of a flexible material from being damaged and secure required strength by bending an outer peripheral edge part round by press molding, in a poppet provided with the outer peripheral edge part. SOLUTION: Because an outer peripheral edge part 11d of a plane part 11c is bent round so as to be roughly U-shaped in cross section by press molding, stress concentration is not generated and a bladder 4 is not damaged because an edge like one in a conventional way does not exist, even if a lower surface of the bladder 4 is repeatingly strongly pressed on this outer peripheral edge part 11d. Therefore, damage of the bladder 4 is prevented and the durability can be improved. Because the outer peripheral edge part 11d of the plane part 11c is made to have a double structure by bending, required strength can be sufficiently secured, even if a poppet 11 is molded by a metallic plate which is thinner than a conventional one. Therefore, durability of the poppet 11 can be improved and products which are advantageous for parts cost can be provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of abrasion with the friction even in the case where a bladder contacts a fitting tool so as to be slid, and to prevent a bladder from being damaged in an accumulator by providing a sliding material in a surface of a fitting tool for holding a fitting part of a bladder, which contacts with the bladder. SOLUTION: When the pressure operating liquid works to a liquid chamber 17, a bladder 2, which receives this pressure, compresses a gas chamber 16, and the liquid chamber 17 is moved to the gas chamber 16 side. At this stage, a fitting part 5 side of the bladder 2 is joined with the fitting tool 6 with friction. At the same time, the maximum stress is applied to the fitting part 5 side, the fitting part 5 side is extended. Furthermore, the gas of the gas chamber 16 tries to pass through the fitting part 5 side. These cooperative work is applied to a part near the fitting part 5, and a previous contact, which causes damage in an early time, is generated in the part near the fitting part 5. But, a slide material 18 having a small coefficient of friction is interposed in a surface of the fitting tool 6 to be joined with the bladder 2, and friction of the bladder 2 is reduced, and extension of this part is prevented, and damage to a part near the fitting part 5 of the bladder 2 is effectively prevented.
