    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sound-transmitting member which is structured suitably for preventing a waterproof sound-transmitting film from sagging.SOLUTION: A waterproof sound-transmitting member 100 is provided which comprises: a waterproof sound-transmitting film 10 which allows sound transmission and shuts off water passage; and a first adhesive sheet 11 and a second adhesive sheet 12 which are disposed on the same side of the waterproof sound-transmitting film. The first adhesive sheet has a closed-frame shape in a view from a direction vertical to a surface of the waterproof sound-transmitting film, and the second adhesive sheet is provided away from the first adhesive sheet and inside of a frame formed from the first adhesive sheet. It is preferable that, in the view from the direction vertical to the surface of the waterproof sound-transmitting film, the area of the second adhesive sheet is equal to or less than a 1/2 of the area of a region surrounded by an inner periphery of the frame formed from the first adhesive sheet.
