摘要： PURPOSE:To omit a process to install a filling pipe and to secure liquid tightness by constituting a part making contact with a filling port mouth of a flexible material, and by forming the filling pipe in a tapered shape gradually and successively changing from a measurement smaller than the diameter of the filling port to a diameter larger than that from the head end part along the base end side. CONSTITUTION:The outer diametrical measurement on the head end side of a filling pipe is formed in a measurement smaller than the diameter of a filling port, and the base end side of the filling pipe is formed in a rectilinearly tapered shape so that it is an outer diametrical measurement larger than a filling port (h) diameter. Additionally, a first flexible sleeve 2 to wrap around and adhere on a discharge opening 1a on the head end part of the filling pipe 1, a second flexible sleeve 3 adjacent to the sleeve 2 and a third flexible sleeve 4 are provided on the outer periphery of the filling pipe 1. Consequently, it is possible to materially omit a working process to install the filling pipe and to secure liquid tightness and additionally, it is possible to correspond to change of the diameter of the filling port diameter with the same filling pipe.

CONSTITUTION:At the crack generating section of a structure, an injection hole (h) is formed and after that, in a state that a double injecting pipe 30 to be composed of an internal pipe 36 and an external pipe 35 is inserted into the injection hole (h), each fluid of main agent A and hardening agent B is pressure-fed by an injection pump with the discharge fluid quantity to be changed with time. Besides, in the double injecting pipe 30, the two fluids are mixed with each other and is injected into a crack, and the pressure feeding action of the main agent A and the hardening agent B with the injection pump is substantially tuned. Then, the flow rate of each fluid to flow in the mixing section is substantially kept constant with the passage of time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at stabilizing the merging and mixing between carbonated water which is obtained by mixing liquefied carbon dioxide with water and water glass which reacts with the carbonated water, and at making a ground improving device compact by merging the carbonated water with and making the same contact with the water glass while they being injected into the ground. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerator 2 serving as a liquefied condition holding means, a pressure holding valve 4 and a pump 3 are arranged in a supply passage CO2 led from a liquefied carbon dioxide source 1. Then, water is fed from a water tank 6 so as to be merged with and is made into contact with liquefied carbon dioxide so as to obtain carbonated water CW at a first merging point 5. Further, water glass NS is led by a pump 10 from a tank 9 so as to be merged with and made into contact with the carbonated water at a second merging point 8 so as to obtain a grout G which is then injected into the ground through an injection pipe 11 having therein a pressure holding valve 12. With this arrangement, the merging and mixing between the liquids may be stabilized, and the ground improving device may be made to be compact.

CONSTITUTION:A press-feed pump 6B for a blended material (carbonated water) and a supply pump 6A for water, which are disposed in a reaction tower 3 in which a first grout 2 (CO2) and a second grout 4 (water) are mixed, are mechanically associated with each other with the press-feed volume of the pump 6B and the supply volume of the pump 6A being set so as to have a predetermined ratio therebetween. Further, thus obtained carbonated water is mixed with water glass NS press-fed by a pump 6C in an injection pipe 1, and thus obtained mixture is injected into the ground. With this arrangement, it is possible to hold the concentration of the carbonated water during a certain time elapse.

It cures in the ground to stabilize the ground. During the process, a part of said soln. is adequately switched to water from a water tank 11 and, if necessary, the water is switched to the soln. in response to conditions of the ground. It is possible to instantly change gelling time and solidify the stable ground.

The material chemicals jetted from both injection nozzles 12, 14 are caused to collide and mix with each other in the mixing-jetting chamber 7a. In this case, the jetting pressure is low, and the chemicals are penetrated and injected into the surroundings while mixing with each other. The peripheral soil is solidified by moving the injection pipe upwards or downwards.

During this injection process, a cement material G2 having the homogel strength of 30kg/cm or above is injected from an injection port 76 formed on the tip side than the discharge port 75 of the carbonic acid grout G1. The carbonic acid grout G1 is discharged and the cement material G is injected during the lifting process of the injection pipe 70.
