    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hydraulic press machine used for cold forging, etc., light weight, compact and a structure enduring eccentric load. SOLUTION: A cylinder tube 20 is fixed on a frame 22 having roughly equal width with a bolt 23. A rod part 26 connecting to a cylindrical shape head part 24 of a piston 21 is made to a polygonal shape having a small diameter than the head part 24, an upper die 11 is mounted on a lower end face 27, facing side faces 28, 28 are made to a guide face. A slide 30 is arranged to the opening upper edge of the frame 22 and a lower die 12 is mounted on the bottom face. The piston 21 is slided downward with hydraulic pressure of a pressurizing chamber 14, a stock is press worked between the upper die 11 and lower die 12. Even when eccentric load is generated, the load is supported by sliding between the slide 30 and guide face 28, the piston 21 is precisely guided. A pressure force is transmitted to the cylinder tube 29 through the upper die 11, lower die 12, frame 22 and balanced with the upward force in the pressurizing chamber 14.

    • PURPOSE: To cut a pipe by means of press working and to enable scrapless working. CONSTITUTION: A pair of internal supporting members consisting of a rod 6 and a sleeve 7 are inserted into a pipe 1 serving as a cut material, thereby having them opposed at a cutting position X. Force 4 and force 5 are imposed thereon along the axial direction so as to make the rod 6 pull from the sleeve 7, and then a taper-form part 7a of the sleeve 7 installed with a slit 9 is expanded with by a tip part 6a of the rod 6. With this, the taper-form part 7a of the sleeve 7 is strongly contacted with an inner surface of the pipe 1. In this state intact, when press pressurizing force F1 to the imposed on an upper blade 2 is heightened, insomuch that it overcomes an extent of lower support force F2, the pipe 1 is cut off, and thus the pipe 1 is cut by the press working without being crushed, owing to an inner supporting member being inserted as a bush.

CONSTITUTION: The piston 42 of a prefill valve 40 is composed of a hollow shaft form member 47, and a flange 48 penetrating to the center of the shaft form member 47, and holes 50a and 50b communicating to a passage F in the hollow are formed near the end of the shaft form member 47. A valve box is provided with an exhaust hole 52 connecting to a tank, and a connecting hole 53 connecting to a pump. In the valve chamber 51 in the valve box, the piston 42 is housed slidable by cutting off between the exhaust hole 5 and the connecting hole 53 by the flange 48. One end of the piston 42 is inserted in an opening 49 connecting to the cylinder of a press device, and the other end is inserted in the housing 45 of a spring 46 for energizing. The piston 42 is moved sliding by a hydraulic pressure applied to the connecting hole 53, and the cylinder, the subcylinder, and the pump of the press device are communicated or cut off by the positions of the holes 50a and 50b.

    • PURPOSE:To always applying a parallel force on a tie rod and to perform smooth pressing by providing a hydraulic cylinder fitted with a ring-shape piston having outer circumferential face of the tie rod as the guiding face around the tie rod. CONSTITUTION:Each tie rod 4 fixed with an upper plate 1 and a lower plate 2 and fitted with a slidable ram 3 between the upper and lower plates is provided. The hydraulic cylinder fitted with the ring-shape piston 12 having the outer circumferential face of the tie rod as the guiding face around the tie rod is provided on the lower face of the upper plate 1 or on the upper face of the lower plate 2. Thus, smooth pressing is performed even when the ram 3 is applied with an offset load and, when the offset load is especially high, the tie rod is always applied with a parallel force by controlling the pressure of fluid in the hydraulic cylinder. Tilting of the ram 3 is not caused by the offset load is, the higher rigidity to the offset load is obtained and highly accurate pressing is carried out.
