    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder scattering device capable of enlarging the oscillation angle of a scattering nozzle pipe, being speedily moved in the prescribed direction, equalizing the load on a driving source for driving the scattering nozzle pipe, changing the central locus of a fine powder scattering route and the movement velocity, thereof, scattering fine powder to a more large- scaled body to be scattered by a more small-sized device and preventing the fine powder from being wastefully scattered around the body to be scattered.
      SOLUTION: This scattering apparatus is furnished with a scattering nozzle pipe 18 arranged leaving a prescribed space from a body to be scattered with fine powder, a supporting part for supporting the scattering nozzle pipe 18 so as to make it inclinable, a first joint part 35 installed on the upper end side of the scattering nozzle pipe 18, two direct-operated actuators 28, 30 provided with second joint parts 32, 34, respectively arranged side by side in parallel in the prescribed direction or inclined at a prescribed angle, and two rods 40, 42 for connecting the first joint part 35 to each of the second joint parts 32, 34. Movements of the two direct-operated actuators 28, 30 are composed to incline the scattering nozzle pipe 18 in an arbitrary direction to scatter fine powder on the body to be scattered with fine powder.

    • PURPOSE: To fill powder having large bulk density in a packaging material at a high speed and by assured filling quantity, by starting deaeration at the same time when the filling operation of a powder filling device is started, and by stopping the deaeration within the time of the specific range in the whole filling time after started. CONSTITUTION: Deaeration is started at the same time when filling operation for filling powder 11 in the packaging material of a bag 34, that is, when the rotation of a screw 16a is started, and the deaeration is stopped within 30 to 70% of the whole filling time, so that the powder 11 is filled in the packaging material just under a powder discharging opening 14a as powder which is compacted to have desired specific gravity while necessary deaeration is executed at an initial stage, and the screw 16a is stopped so as to finish filling after the deaeration is stopped and the compacted powder 11 having desired specific gravity is filled for predetermined time in the latter half. Therefore, the powder 11 to be filled in the bag 34 is compacted to have sufficient specific gravity for filling predetermined quantity by initial deaeration, and besides the powder 11 having assured filling quantity is filled in the bag 34 without any uneven filling by the deaeration so that a shortage of filling quantity and a failure of packaging may not occur.

    • PURPOSE:To arrange dispersed fine particles to be contained aligned in a flow of a gas by a method wherein the flow of the gas containing the fine particles is made to flow at a low speed into a fine-diameter gas path to supply a flow of gas evenly from the entire circumference of an inner peripheral wall surface of the gas path for rectifying the flow of gas. CONSTITUTION:A gas is supplied evenly from the entire circumference of an inner peripheral wall surface of a gas path 101 being sucked at a low speed from the downstream side and hence, a supplied gas 102 flows along the inner periphery of the path toward the downstream side from the position of the gas supply part. The flow expands gradually toward the center of the path so that the gas is sucked at the central part thereof from inside a closed space 104 with the flow rate of the gas corresponding to the difference between a suction flow rate and a flow rate of the supplied gas to create a gas flow 103, eventually developing a phenomenon of a choking effect by the supplied gas. In other words, the gas flow is constricted along the center line of the gas path is generated from the closed space 104 containing dispersed fine particles thereby protruding a flow of aligned fine particle.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a small-sized powder dispersing machine for a classification apparatus capable of dispersing powder to be treated efficiently in spite of its small sized by dispersing the powder by the ejector effect of air stream at high velocity and conducting dispersed powder stream directly to a feeding port of the classification apparatus.
      CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 20 for ejecting a powder body, an ejecting port of high velocity air inclined inwardly with an acute angle to the ejected powder stream around the nozzle 20, and a passage 12b of the powder dispersed from the ejecting port of the high velocity air to the external wall surface at the downstream of the nozzle 20, are provided. Further, a powder feeding port of the next stage is connected to the downstream of the passage 12b of the dispersed powder. By this constitution, efficient dispersion of powder to be treated is possible utilizing the ejector effect of high velocity air stream.
