    • PURPOSE:To reduce the thermal stress in a high temp. sealing device by pinching the periphery of a disc-form seal piece made of ceramic between the bores of the first and second flanges, and furnishing a heat insulating means for suppression of thermal conduction between the first flange and the seal piece. CONSTITUTION:A high temp. sealing device for a gas turbine is composed of a disc-form ceramic seal piece 1, whose bore end 19 is in surface contact with the ring-form seal surface of a turbine diffuser, and a pair of disc-form metal flanges 2, 3 which pinch by their bores the periphery of the seal piece 1. The seal piece 1 is pressed toward the first flange 2 by a seal ring 27. When three ring grooves 14-16 are concentrically formed at the seal surface 12 of the first flange 2 as a heat insulating means between the first flange 2 and seal piece 1, the contacting area of the seal piece 1 with the first flange 2 is decreased, and the amount of heat emission to the flange 1 can be suppressed and the temp. gradient of the seal piece 1 be made gradual.

    • PURPOSE:To generate no slack on fastening during high-speed rotation by forming a female screw at part of the inner face of a nonpenetrating shaft hole bored on the axis section of an impeller, and forming a male screw screwed with the female screw on a rotary shaft fixed on the impeller. CONSTITUTION:A nonpenetrating shaft hole 3 which is 8/10-9/10 of the whole length of an impeller 1 in length is bored from a back plate side 2 on the axis section of the impeller 1 made of fiber-reinforced resin. A female screw 4 is formed on part of the inner face of the shaft hole 3, and a male screw 6 screwed with the female screw 4 is formed on a rotary shaft 5 inserted into the shaft hole 3 and fixing the impeller 1. The deformation of the impeller 1 due to a centrifugal force during high-speed rotation is suppressed by the stretch of the rotary shaft 5. The female screw 4 tends to be deformed, the male screw 6 suppresses the deformation, and the fastening force for screwing between the impeller 1 and the rotary shaft 5 can be strengthened.
