    • PURPOSE:To provide a heat pump for hot water supply, which can heat the whole water d a hot water storage tank, and also can provide hot water immediately when necessary. CONSTITUTION:A hot water storage tank 10 and a condenser 3 of a heat pump 1 are connected by an upper piping 18 and lower piping 19, and a main solenoid valve 22 is provided on the lower piping 19. At the same time, an auxiliary piping 23 is connected in parallel with the main solenoid valve 22, and on the auxiliary piping 23, a check valve 24 which is opened or closed based on the water temperature on the outlet side of the condenser 3, or the pressure of a refrigerant on the outlet side of a compressor 2, is provided. By the closing of the main solenoid valve 22, so-called once-through operation becomes possible, hot water can be immediately obtained from a hot water supply piping 12. Also, a temperature sensor 21 is provided on the lower piping 19, and when the detected value is at a specified value or lower, the main solenoid valve 22 is closed, and is opened when the detected value is higher than the specified value, for the constitution for the title heat pump. By this method, the whole of the hot water storage tank 10 can be efficiently heated.

CONSTITUTION:There is provided a passage penetrating a heating fluid in a condenser 2 of a freezing cycle that includes a low temperature part for cooling or ice making, a simultaneous operation type low temperature side heat pump B serving as a middle temperature part that produces hot water, a hot water storage tank 10 for storing hot water from the heat pump B, a compressor 1, the condenser 2, a refrigerant throttle valve 3, and an evaporator 4. A high temperature side heat pump A is connected in which in the evaporator 4 heat is absorbed from hot water in the hot water storage tank 10 and in the condenser 2 water vapor is produced, whereby a high/low temperature heat pump system is provided which has low, middle, and high three temperature ranges and in which a difference between the upper limit temperature and the lower limit temperature of these three temperature ranges is 10 deg.C or higher.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of the tilted heat transfer pipe and to improve the liquid vaporizing efficiency thereof by a method wherein wies on a liquid boiling and vaporizing wire fin pipe of a liquid filling type cooler are corrugated and the tops of the resultant convex sections of the corrugated wires are depressed so that tunnels are formed between the base pipe and the wires and among the convex sections of the wires. CONSTITUTION:A number of rows of corrugated wires are wound about the base pipe (A) in such a manner that the convex sections 2 of the corrugated wires 1 are aligned with one another or held staggered in an alternative fashion and the bottoms 3 of the corrugated wires 1 are fusion-bonded to the outer peripheral surface of the base pipe (A) so that the tunnels (a) are formed between the base pipe (A) and the wires 1. Next, the tops of the convex sections of the wires and therearound are depressed by a high speed rotary grinder to make the parts of the wires near the convex sections jut out as at 4 with the formation of small holes (b) among the jutouts 4. With the above structure, the small holes (b) of a configuration required for effecting boiling and vaporization of the liquid can be formed accurately and easily to thereby improve the liquid vaporizing efficiency of the heat transfer pipe.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To employ a hot-water storage tank having a small volume by permitting high-density hot-water storage through an inexpensive refrigerant cycle and cope with the countermeasure of interruption of hot-water supply in a day time. SOLUTION: In a heat pump for supplying hot-water, a compressor 1, a condenser 5, a refrigerant expansion valve 6a and an evaporator 3 are connected sequentially through a refrigerant pipeline while a hot-water storage tank is connected to the condenser 5 of the heat pump, provided with a four-way valve 2 arranged at the discharging side of the compressor and an accumulator 8 arranged at the suction side of the compressor, to circulate water in the hot-water storage tank into the condenser 5 and raise the temperature thereof to obtain hot-water for supplying. In this case, a refrigerant control circuit, branched from the half-way of a pipeline from the condenser 5 to a refrigerant expansion valve 6a and arriving at the evaporator 3, is provided so as to be switchable through a changeover valve 7 while a refrigerant buffer 17 is arranged in the control circuit to switch the changeover valve 7. The discharging of low-temperature hot-water or high-temperature hot-water can be effected by a method whether the hot-water is passed through the refrigerant buffer 17 or not.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flooding of a refrigerant by a method wherein the piping on the high temperature side of a water heat-exchanger is coupled directly to a heat storage water tank, a piping on the low temperature side is coupled to the heat storage water tank through a load part, and a bypass piping is arranged throughout a piping between a piping running between the load part and the heat storage water tank and the piping on the high temperature side. SOLUTION: An air heat-exchanger 4, a heat-exchanger 6 using a heating medium, such as brine, a heat-exchanger 7 using water, and an accumulator 11 are coupled through a refrigerant piping to form a fundamental circuit. The heating medium piping of the heating medium heat-exchanger 6 communicates with a heat storage water tank 21 through a circulation circuit and the piping on the high temperature side of the water heat-exchanger 7 is coupled directly to the heat storage water tank 21. Further, a piping on the low temperature side is coupled to the heat storage water tank 21 through a load part, and a bypass pipe between a piping, running between the load part and the heat storage water tank 21, and the piping on the high temperature side. This constitution prevents flooding of a refrigerant.
