摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a lock for opening/closing a lower door from dust or water by sealing a masking part of upper and lower doors by first and second lip parts and a seal part in closing the doors. SOLUTION: A side end base part 17a is connected to a side end part of a base part 15a of an outer weather strip 15 approximately orthogonal to the base part 15a. When a door is closed, a seal part 15b of the outer weather strip 15 is brought into elastic contact with an upper surface of a lower door and seals a masking part, and a first seal lip part 17b which is a first seal wall integrated with the outer side of the side end base part 17a and a second seal lip part 17 which is a second seal wall formed on its inner side double-seal the gap formed between right and left side ends of the upper and lower doors and the masking part (p). A lock provided on the inner side of a second seal tip part 17c is protected from the dust.

At this time, in the case where the inner cable 12 is root push returned smoothly by abrasion between the inner cable 12 and the outer tube 11, the load of a break device, and the like, the inner cable 12 which is covered with the coil spring 14 in a guide cylinder 13 is bent slightly. The bent inner cable 12 is brought in contact with the inner wall of the coil spring 14, and the inner cable 12 is not bent over. Therefore, the inner cable 12 is bent in the guide cylinder 13 in a large degree so as to prevent buckline.

Furthermore, since a locking mechanism 25 regulating the rotation of the tire carrier 4 can be unlocked only by a special key, no person other than the owner of this special key can remove the spare tire.
