    • PURPOSE:To prevent blanks from superposed feed and permit intermittent paper supply by providing a drive shaft of controlling rollers with auxiliary rollers having diameter larger than that of said roller and small frictional force. CONSTITUTION:Auxiliary rollers 30 are rotatably provided respetively on both sides of controlling rollers 15 on a drive shaft 13, have diameter somewhat larger than that of the controlling roller 15 and surface with high coefficient of friction and are formed of material with high flexibility. Feed rollers 14 are rotated counterclockwise and the controlling rollers 1 repeat clockwise and counterclockwise rotation unless they receive output signals from a sheet detecting mechanism. Blanks 31 set to be superposed on a sheet receiving tray 25 fall up to the peripheral surface of the roller 14 and the lowermost blank 31a is fed by the roller 14 to be caught in the auxiliary rollers 30. Then, the rollers 30 slip on the drive shaft 13 to prevent the blank 31a from jumping up and the upper blanks are sent back by the roller 15 to be prevented from superposed feed.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten a scanning time by executing simultaneously a movement of a carriage and a paper feed, and also setting an angle made by moving directions of both of them to a gradient made by a paper feed quantity and a reciprocating moving extent of the carriage. CONSTITUTION:When an original 3 is detected and becomes a transmitting state, and an initial procedure to a receiving side is completed, a main scanning motor 17 is driven, a carriage 1 moves on a main scanning guide shaft 2, and read of the original 3 is executed by a reading part 1a. In this case, a rotation of the main scanning motor 17 is transferred to a transmitting roller 7 by a worm 24, etc., therefore, the original 3 is also sent simultaneously. In this state, a moving direction C of the carriage 1 is set so as to become equal to a gradient alpha made by a paper feed quantity (h) by the transmitting roller 7, and a reciprocating moving extent L of the carriage 1, by which as the carriage 1 moves, it is advanced in the paper feed direction P by the quantity by which the original 3 has been fed.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a sub-scanning motor and to decrease the manufacture cost by providing a rotary body cam connected to a paper feeding turning body only in the paper feed direction, and driving it with the reciprocating movement of a carriage. CONSTITUTION:Transmission/reception turning body cams 19a, 19b are provided to the end of a transmission roller 10 and a reception roller 13 respectively and they are constituted that they are connected to the paper feed rotating body only when they are rotated in the paper feeding direction together with the transmission/reception rollers 10, 13 and rotated idly when they are rotated in opposite diretion to the paper feeding direction. When a carriage 1 is slided on a main scanning guide shaft 2, after a transmission cam 22a of the carriage 1 is contacted to the cam 19a, it is pressed and shaken by a prescribed amount against the energyzing force of the spring 21, the transmission roller 10 is turned in the paper feeding direction to feed an original 3 by a prescribed amount. The picture information of the original 3 is read when the transmission cam 22a is detached from the cam 19a, the cam 22a is moved in opposite direction just before the reception cam 22b of the carriage 1 is pressed to the cam 19b, and the main scanning for one line's share is finished just before the transmission cam 22a is pressed again to the cam 19a.
