    • PURPOSE:To keep output voltage constant by comparing voltage obtained by adding voltage corresponding to the primary side currents of a transformer to reference voltage for setting output voltage and output voltage from a tertiary winding and controlling the pulse width of an inverter. CONSTITUTION:A constant-voltage power unit is constituted of an inverter 2, a transformer 3, a rectifying circuit 4, etc., and supplies load 7 with electricity. A tertiary winding N3 is fitted to the transformer 3, and voltage induced in the tertiary winding is rectified by a rectifier 8, and fed back to the inverter 2 through an error amplifier 9 and reference voltage 10 for setting output voltage, thus constantly controlling output voltage. A current transformer 11, a rectifier 12, a current-voltage converter 13 and an adder 14 are added at that time. Consequently, input currents flowing through a primary winding N1 for the transformer 3 are inputted to the converter 13 through the current transformer 11 and the rectifier 12, and the input currents flowing through the primary winding N1 are added 14 to reference voltage 10 as voltage approximated so as to compensate the lowering section of output currents-output voltage characteristics. Accordingly, the lowering of output voltage to the variation of output currents can be compensated.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency of a constant current power supply circuit together with its miniaturization by adding a reverse current preventing element in series to the 1st impedance element of said power supply circuit which obtains the current of a light emitting diode to prevent the current flowing to the impedance element. CONSTITUTION:A constant current power supply circuit consists of a power supply circuit 2 serving as a primary circuit, an output current detecting element 3, a voltage detecting circuit 5, a comparison amplifying circuit 6 including the 1st and 2nd comparison amplifiers 8 and 9, a photocoupler 15, and the 1st and 2nd impedance elements 16 and 17. Then this power supply circuit supplies the electric power to a load 4 and also prevents the output overvoltage, etc. Here a reverse current preventing element 20 is connected in series to the impedance element 16. Thus the voltage of the element 3 is equal to zero in terms of the overvoltage state and therefore the desired current to be supplied to the photocoupler 15 flows via the impedance element 17. In this case, the current tries to branch out to the element 16 but is prevented by the element 20. Thus the loss of the current is reduced.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a temperature difference secondary battery capable of displaying better characteristics by increasing an electro motive force with the further expansion of the applicable temperature range of a high temperature electrode. CONSTITUTION: High temperature is set for one side of an electrode 2 and low temperature for the other side of an electrode 1 to set a temperature difference between both electrodes 2 and 1, and an electro motive force is thereby generated. An ion exchange film 3 is introduced in an electrolyte to provide a secondary system, so as to make the concentration of electrolytes 6 and 7 separated from each other with the film 3 and existing at both sides thereof controllable, depending on electrochemical reaction. Furthermore, a pair of auxiliary electrodes 8 and 9 are laid at both sides of the film 3 even during a charging process with the main electrodes 2 and 1. Also, electrolyte charging space 16 is formed on the end of the high temperature electrode 2 at a position above an electrode setting level. As a result, a temperature range up to a high level can be applied and a temperature difference secondary battery having excellent battery characteristic can be provided.
