摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a power supply voltage without giving effect onto a training signal or a transmission signal by allowing a subscriber line terminator switching transmission reception by a time division direction control system to switch a power supply synchronously with a transmission reception switching timing. SOLUTION: A reception mask signal 19 from a transmission circuit 14 is given to a power supply changeover control circuit 18 to synchronize switch control signals C1-C3 to the reception mask signal 19. The reception mask signal is used to continue the mask state during training by a subscriber's equipment 12 (from time A to B). When the training of the subscriber's equipment 12 is finished, a start end signal is sent to a subscriber line terminator 11. The transmission circuit 14 of the subscriber line terminator 11 releases the mask to receive the start end signal so as to receive the start end signal. In matching the mask release timing, a power supply changeover control circuit 18 closes a switch corresponding to the selected power supply voltage (time B). That is, the power supply voltage is switched synchronously with the changeover of the received mask signal 19.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a spike current caused at switching by using a soft start function of a feed switch at changeover of power supply so as to changeover the power supply while a current is tentatively interrupted. SOLUTION: A feed switch control circuit 37 controlling on/off of a feed switch in a soft start way is used and a power supply voltage in response to the length of a subscriber line is discriminated based on voltage information of a feed power supply circuit 35. Then a feed switch 36 is interrupted for a prescribed time via a feed switch control circuit 37 at changeover of power supply and any of power supply changeover switches 11, 12, 13 connecting corresponding power supply for that time is closed and the other power supply changeover switches are open through the control. A spike current is suppressed by the interruption of feed current at power supply changeover and an NPNP element is used for switching, then large scale circuit integration is adopted for the entire feed circuit.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain ease of maintenance and management of a subscriber line by measuring a current flowing to a counter ground insulation resistance (grounding resistance) after an earth level of a feeding circuit is cut off and detecting the presence of grounding based on the corresponding resistance. SOLUTION: A grounding resistor 11-1 (11-2) is connected between a subscriber line 30-1 (30-2) and a ground level GND to connect an inter-line insulation resistor 12 between the subscriber lines. Only a switch NS1 of a feeding switch 36 is closed to interrupt a current I0 of a feeding path. Thus, only grounding currents I1 , I2 are detected. When the resistance of the inter-line insulation resistor 12 is sufficiently high, grounding of the subscriber line 30-1 is discriminated based on the detected current. Then only a switch RS1 of the feeding switch 36 is closed to interrupt the current I0 of the feeding path. Thus, only grounding currents I 1 , I 2 are detected. When the resistance of the inter-line insulation resistor 12 is sufficiently high, grounding of the subscriber line 30-2 is discriminated based on the detected current.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reference voltage following the fluctuation of a measured voltage by a current/voltage conversion circuit by using the same system as a test system, extracting a measurement voltage of the current/voltage conversion circuit and storing a divided voltage into a capacitor as the reference voltage. SOLUTION: A subscriber's line 10-1 is connected to ground in the subscriber line terminator 11 and a subscriber line 10-2 is connected to a power supply 14 via a resistor 13. A current/voltage conversion circuit 15 is connected across the resistor 13 and its output is given to the minus terminal of a comparator 16 and to the plus terminal of the comparator 16 via voltage divider resistors 17, 18 and a switch 19. When a switch 21 is closed, charged in an internal capacitance of the subscriber's equipment 12 are discharged and a current flowing through the resistor 13 is converted into a measurement voltage by the current/voltage conversion circuit. When the switch 19 is closed, the capacitor 20 is charged by a voltage resulting from dividing the measurement voltage by the resistors 17, 18. When the switch 19 is open after charging, the capacitor 20 stores the reference voltage. The stored reference voltage is used in the case of test.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock interruption detection circuit detecting accurately interruption of a superimposed clock. SOLUTION: An edge detection section 10 generates an edge detection signal S10 of a superimposed clock PCK. A master clock MCK is frequency-divided by a frequency division counter section 20 into a clock S20. The clock S20 is given to a phase shift section 30, in which a clock S30 is generated. The clock PCK is sampled by a clock missing detection section 40, in which an (on-off-on) pattern detection signal S40a and an off pattern detection signal S40b are generated. Furthermore, the clock S20 is frequency-divided by a frequency division counter section 60, in which a count S60ct of a 400Hz clock is generated. After the (on-off-on) pattern detection signal S40a is detected based on a timing of the clock S20 by an interrupt detection protection section 50, number of times of the generation of the (on-off-on) pattern detection signal S40a and the off pattern detection signal S40b is respectively counted in a timing of the count S60ct and when the count reaches a preset protection stage number, a clock interrupt detection signal S50D is generated.

The insulation resistance measurement circuit 21 measures the resistance in this state and let the resistance be A. The switch 26 is turned OFF and the switch 24 is turned ON to connect a reference insulation resistor 25 to the circuit. The insulation resistance measurement circuit 21 measures the resistance in this state and let the resistance be B. The switch 24 is turned ON to connect a reference insulation resistors 25 to the circuit and the switch 26 is turned ON to connect a line-voltage limit resistor 27 to be circuit. The insulation resistance measurement circuit 21 measures the resistance in this state and let the resistance be C. In the case of B>A>C, which is a predetermined relation, the insulation resistance measurement circuit 21 is discriminated to be normal.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a subscriber's line test circuit in which the connection state between a subscriber's line and a subscriber's equipment is easily discriminated by a subscriber's line terminator (station side). 摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a surge current with high electric resistance immediately after a connector is connected by providing a metal with a resistor at the front section of the conducting portion of a jack, and providing a metal with no resistor at the rear section. CONSTITUTION:When a plug casing 1 and a jack casing 3 are connected, a plug pin 2 is first brought into contact with a jack 6 added with a resistor 5. If either one is on a hot line, a surge current tends to flow, but the current quantity is limited by the added resistor 5. When the current is returned to the stationary state, the pin plug 2 is brought into contact with a jack 4 with no resistor at the rear section. The resistor 5 is neglected although they are connected as before, and the surge current can be prevented. When the plug casing 1 is connected to the jack 6, the electric resistance of the plug pin 2 is increased. When the jack 6 is first brought into contact, the resistance value of the pin 2 is large, and the resistance value is decreased as it is inserted. The surge current is limited even if the connection portion is in the hot line state.
