    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed and high efficiency remote observation system capable of simplifying a processing related to data transmission/reception or the like and preventing the generation of performance lowering due to the interruption or the like of operation processing of each part. SOLUTION: A check field, indicating the result of normality operation to such an information sent in each segmented unit from an observation information input part 23 and a data header or the like are added to the information, and the information is successively stored in an information storing part 24a as segmented unit information. A communication control part 26a in an observed device 20 prepares a telegram by using the segmented unit information, transfers the telegram to an observing device 10k and a communication control part 13a in the device 10k judges the normality of the information by using the segmented unit information as a unit, and at the time of detecting abnormality, outputs a transfer request by using the segmented unit information as a unit, so that the resending of information is made unnecessary.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a remote observation system which accelerates the processing from the calculation of a memory storage position of request information to transfer processing without using a dedicated hardware, is inexpensive and has high efficiency, by storing subdivided image information every fixed information memory unit. SOLUTION: A started regular control instruction storing part 25 instructs a drive mechanism controlling part 21 and an information storing part 24 to acquire subdivided partial information of an observation object in an optional position. The part 21 drives an observed mechanism part 22 and stores sampling collection information from an observation information inputting part 23 in memory of the part 24. The part 24 which receives a transfer instruction of the collection information transfers content to be stored in memory to an information storing part 14 of an observing device 10R from a communication controlling part 26 via a communication network P because a storage memory start address in the part 24 is directly calculated from the value of a requested observation matrix point. An information editing part 15 puts together transferred information and expands it to a display buffer of a monitoring part 11.
