    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect finger hitting operation to input as a command or character by providing plural acceleration sensors and separating finger hitting signals originating from the respective fingers, detecting whether or not there is a frequency range characteristics of finger hitting input for every output of each of the respective fingers from respective separating means, and providing a command generating meas. SOLUTION: The acceleration at the time of a finger hit reaches the acceleration sensors S1 to S5 put on the wrist through the finger tips F1 to F5 of the respective fingers. The input of the sensor group is separated into signal for every finger F1 to F5 through the separating means BS. The separated signals A1 to A5 for every finger are supplied to a finger hit detecting means FT to detect whether or not there is the frequency range (80 to 200 Hz) characteristic of finger hitting operation and the result is sent as finger hitting pulses P1 to P5 to the command generating means CM. The command generating means CM determines an output command CMD from the mutual timing of the finger hitting pulses P1 to P5 by using a command table CT and it is outputted to a host computer HS by using a transmitter TX.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process the results of discrimination with high accuracy in a short time by computing a pressure value exerted onto a pressure sensor sheet, storing the relationship between the touching actions of an action subject and pressure values as learned data, and discriminating the actions of the action subject according to the pressure values and learned data. SOLUTION: Pressure data inputted from a pressure sensor sheet 10 is converted from analogue into digital form 21, stored in memory 22 for pressure sensor data, and transmitted to a characteristics extracting part 40. Each characteristics quantity extracted by the characteristics extracting part 40 is stored in characteristics storage memory 29. At the time of learning, the data stored in the characteristics storage memory 29 is stored characteristics storage memory 30 for learned data as learned data for every touching action. At the time of discrimination, on the basis of the characteristics stored in the characteristics storage memory 30 for learned data at the time of learning and newly inputted data, a touching action discriminating part 31 applies a discriminating technique, estimates a closest touching action among human touching actions, and stores it in discrimination result memory 32.
