摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate an erroneous calculation by means of handwork and to shorten calculating time by calculating a calling charge or a using charge, notifying it to a charge settling device, and collecting and outputting the charges at every ID number at the time of settlement by means of a charge settling device. CONSTITUTION:At least one of plural card terminals is a telephone set card terminal 10, a charge managing device 30 collates whether or not the ID number of an ID card 100 has been registered beforehand in response to a connection request or a using request from the telephone set card terminal 10 or another card terminal 20, and only at the time of incidence, the device 30 connects a telephone set 60 to a line 50, or the device 30 permits the use of equipment 70, calculates the call charge or the using charge, notifies it to a charge settling device 40, and the charge settling device 40 collects and outputs the charge at every ID number at the time of the settlement. Consequently, a user can call an opposite party at an arbitrarily place, in addition, the other charges such as a drinking charge is automatically settled. Thus, the erroneous calculation due to the handwork is eliminated, and the calculating time can be shortened.
