摘要： PURPOSE:To provide simultaneously light permeability, heat insulation, antistatic properties, waterproofness and weatherproofness by a method in which the biaxially oriented film of polyvinyl alcohol has the longitudinal draw ratio of 2 or more and the transverse draw ratio of 1.5 or more, and is thermoset, and then this film and the thin layer sheet of hydrophobic resin are formed into a double layer sheet adhesively laminated with an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The biaxially oriented film of polyvinyl alcohol has the longitudinal draw ratio of 2 or more and the transverse draw ratio of 1.5 or more, and is thermoset. When the longitudinal draw ratio is less than 2, and the transverse draw ratio is less than 1.5, waterproofness is insufficient. When the thermosetting temperature is lower than the temperature of melting point minus 40 deg.C, its dimension stability is had, and one hand, when it is higher than said temperature, the fluctuation of the film thickness becomes large. The unwoven cloth made of hydrophobic resin has preferably the porosity of 20-70% especially. If it is out of this range, the waterproof strength of a double layer sheet is insufficient, and it can not endure the use of long time. As an adhesive, water proof and weatherproof material is used. Above mentioned film contributes to light permeability, heat insulation and anti-static properties, and the time layer sheet of hydrophobic resin prevents dimension change and improves its strength.

As for the base film 3 having peeling properties, a matted film is suitable.
