摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silicone compd. improved in storage stability, heat resistance, etc., and to provide a simple and convenient industrial process for producing the same by bonding reactive triorganosilyl groups to at least a part of SiO groups at the molecular terminals of polyphenylsilsesquioxane of a cage and/or ladder type having no silanol group. SOLUTION: This silicone compd. has a structure formed by bonding reactive triorganosilyl groups represented by formula II (X is a group represented by one of formulas VI to VIII, R is 1-3C alkylene; and R is H or methyl) to at least a part of SiO groups at the molecular terminals of polyphenylsilsesquioxane represented by formula I (n is 2-5,000) and has a wt. average mol.wt. (in terms of polystyrene; measured by GPC) of 800-1,000,000. More specifically, the structure is of a cage and/or ladder type represented by one of formulas IX to XI (Y is an organosilyl group in formula II; and n is the same as in formula I) and may be a mixture of at least two, esp. three, of these structures, though the mixture varies depending upon the mixing ratio of disiloxanes in equilibration reaction.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acrylate resin which yellows little when subjected to a weather resistance test and a heat resistance test and therefore has an increased degree of freedom of the amount of additives such as a stabilizer by specifying the hue of a fluorenehydroxypropyl acrylate. SOLUTION: This resin comprises an acrylate resin represented by formula I (wherein R is hydrogen or methyl; and (n) is an integer of 0-20) and having a hue (APHA) of 300 or below. The acrylate resin is obtained by reacting diglycidyl ether represented by formula II (wherein (n) is an integer of 0-20) and having a hue (APHA) of 200 or below with (meth)acrylic acid.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alkali-developable resin composition desirably used in the preparation of good nondefective coating films, color filters, etc., by reducing the formation of a gel to a specified degree in reacting a fluorenehydroxypropyl acrylate resin with a polybasic carboxylic acid or its anhydride. SOLUTION: This composition is a reaction product obtained by reacting an acrylate resin represented by the formula (wherein R is hydrogen or methyl; and (n) is an integer of 0-20) and having a content of unreacted epoxy groups of 10,000 or above (in terms of an epoxy equivalent) with a polybasic carboxylic acid or its anhydride. The reaction product should satisfy the following requirements: the number of 0.5μm or larger particles is below 10,000 when a 30wt.% solution of the product is applied to a 5-inch silicon wafer.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter, which can take a balance of the target color purity and quantity of light transmission, by mixing the copper phthalocyanine group blue with the indanthrone blue. SOLUTION: The mixture of copper phthalocyanine group blue and indanthrone blue is used as a main component of the blue pigment to be included in the photosensitive resin. Mixture ratio of the copper phthalocyanine group blue (a) and the indanthrone blue (b) is desirably set at (a):(b)=95:5-50:50. As the phthalocyanine group, α type non-crystal C.I. pigment blue 15:1 and C.I. pigment blue 15:2, in which crystal transference and crystal growth is hindered, is used. As the indanthrone blue to be mixed therewith, C.I. pigment blue 6 or the like is used. Blue color purity can be thereby improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To purify crude 9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorene so as to give >=99.8% purity and >=80% recovery ratio. CONSTITUTION:This purification method is carried out by completely dissolving crude 9,9-bis(4-hydrophenyl)fluorene in acetates at ambient temperature and adding an aliphatic hydrocarbon-based solvent such as hexane thereto to deposit the crystal. The deposited crystal is filtered, and then, this operation is repeated, as necessary, and finally dried at 100-150 deg.C to provide the objective product. Since purification of crude 9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorene can readily be achieved with high recovery ratio, the purification method is industrially extremely advantageous.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a new bisanilinefluorene which is suitably used as a starting substance for polyimide resins or polyamide resins having charging groups in the molecule, and excellent heat resistance and solubility in solvents. CONSTITUTION:A compound of the formula (R1 to R4 are H, 1 to 3C alkylene), for example, 9,9-bis(3-methyl-4-aminophenyl)fluorene-4-carboxylic acid. The compound is obtained by heating diphenic acid in sulfuric acid to convert into fluorenonecarboxylic acid, heating the product in an aniline using an aniline hydrochloride as a catalyst to effect the reaction as the water liberated by condensation reaction is removed out of the system, neutralizing the mixture after completion of the reaction, washing the product in boiling water, filtering the precipitate, further rinsing the precipitate and drying. The polyimide resin therefrom is suitably used as a membrane for separation of a liquid system or as an ion-exchange membrane.

CONSTITUTION:A diamine component consisting of 100-10mol% arom. diamine of formula I (wherein R is H, methyl, or ethyl) and 0-90mol% aliph. diamine of formula II (wherein (n) is 2; and (m) is 2-40) and a tetracarboxylic acid are polycondensed to give a polyimide resin powder having an inherent viscosity of 0.40-3.00, which is melt molded under a pressure of 500kgf/cm or lower and cooled to give the objective molding having a coefficient of linear thermal expansion of 700X10 K or lower. The resin is moldable at a lower temp. and a lower pressure than a conventional polyimide resin, hardly degrades during molding and gives a molding excellent in mechanical characteristics such as coefficient of thermal expansion.
